| Apr.1943 | Established as Mishima Aircraft Ltd by present chairman Isaku Suwabe and commenced manufacturing engine components for aircraft. |
| Apr.1950 | Started production of motorcycles(Mishima Goh). |
| Spt.1950 | Company Name was changed to Mishima Motors Co., Ltd. and anual products rate of motorcycles reached to 10000 sets level. |
| May.1965 | Started the First Stabilizing Plan of Management. Commenced manufacturing of Break Testing Equipment for Automobils to enter new field. |
| Spt.1969 | Started to export to North America. |
| Feb.1970 | Commenced manufacturing Automatic Packing Machine. |
| Jun.1970 | Rewarded by the minister of Internationnal Trade and Industry as a contributed company to exportation. |
| Feb.1973 | Started The Third Stabilizing plan of Management and exchanged with foreign superior companies. Cooperated with Little Beaver Inc. U.S.A. and got agent right for sales of Earth Drills in Japan. |

| 1984 | Started The Fourth Stabilizing Plan of Management and inforce the development of hydraulic equipments. Tied-up with Kubota and started to supply them our hydraulic equipments by OEM brand. |

| 1988 | Developed hydraulic rock drill MHD20 and excavator mounted earth auger drill AG-1000. Established OEM and mutual collaboration agreement with SKIDRIL INC. of Canada/U.S.A.. |
| 1989 | Developed hydraulic rock drill MKK-15, hydraulic pick hammer BH-10 engine rock drill/breaker MA180 and hydraulic breaker MHB30. |

| 1995 | Established MARUZEN AMERICAN INC. as for the development of OEM manufacturing arrangement in North America as a joint with SKIDRIL INC. |
